As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I meet virtually with individuals, couples, and families interested in gaining a better understanding of themselves and their relationships.
My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and nonjudgmental, creating opportunities for self-growth and for finding pathways to living a fuller, richer, more meaningful life.
When relationships are the focus of therapy, I strive to create a space for listening and communicating, so that we can appreciate the ways partners or family members complement one another. By looking at all aspects of the relationship, not just the problems, we are better able to see obstacles that get in the way of achieving compassion, harmony and a sense of togetherness.
